Recent Player Analysis

Feb. 27 - Kostas Antetokounmpo (DAL)

While the Greek Freak's brother has been on the Mavericks' active roster a few times this season, he hasn't managed to make it onto the court. He's simply not ready for NBA action, and we could be looking at a scenario similar to that of Bruno Caboclo, who has finally gotten a guaranteed contract after years of doubt. Like Caboclo, Kostas has shown flashes in the G-League, but it's unknown whether or not he will be able to move forward in the NBA next year or even the year after that.Kostas Antetokounmpo profile page

Feb. 27 - Hamidou Diallo (OKL)

The winner of the NBA's 2019 Dunk Contest might have potential to be a legitimate player in the future, just as somebody like Derrick Jones is finally putting it together, but at the present time he's nothing more than a high flying G-Leaguer. He's barely seen any NBA court time, and that might even continue next year.Hamidou Diallo profile page

Feb. 27 - Joe Harris (BKL)

The winner of the 2019 NBA 3-Point Contest has certainly received plenty of minutes this season, but his important role on the Brooklyn Nets simply doesn't translate to fantasy relevancy. In deep leagues, he's a safe bet to fill out your roster with minutes, but even in that scenario it's best to keep one's expectations in check.Joe Harris profile page

Feb. 20 - Luc Mbah a Moute (LAC)

Luc Mbah a Moute has never been a particularly potent fantasy threat but the 32-year-old's value as a warm-blooded minute-filler is even lower now that he's approaching the twilight of his career and will have a significant injury to accommodate for. Mbah a Moute could chip in for the Clippers during the 2018-19 playoff stretch but he's avoidable in almost every fantasy format.Luc Mbah a Moute profile page

Feb. 20 - Doug McDermott (IND)

Doug McDermott is capable of the occasional big game off the bench for the Indiana Pacers but those fantasy relevant performances are too few and far between to warrant value outside of the deepest of leagues.Doug McDermott profile page
